Living Space PDX Is committed to conversion projects that create new equitable living space in the existing footprint of your home and back yard.  Not an average remodel company, we focus on identifying problems and needed repairs to enhance and create more space for your family and friends to enjoy. We are more likely to fix a leaky roof by adding skylights or repair a failing foundation by cutting out damaged areas and adding egress windows or entry ways. Many older homes have shortcomings that are waiting to be improved with a modern sense of ideas and technological advancements. We also have a full portfolio of ADU’s. An auxiliary dwelling unit can be added to most Portland area properties as a new build or by converting non living space areas like Basements, Attics, and garages to updated, legal living spaces that may be enjoyed by visiting friends, expanded family’s, live in caretakers, or used as an income property.
